Located in the Silverglance neighborghood this new house was a wonderful collaboration with the clients. The desire was to have a small home that did not feel small while creating a unique and livable residence on a modest budget.

The house was arranged with the oversized garage, laundry, and mechanical room in one form next to the street and the living areas in another form close to the yard. The open entry and stairs were placed in between the two forms so as to minimize hallways. The bedrooms and bathrooms were located on the upper level to provide a higher level of privacy.
