This award winning project was a unique collaboration between the architects, owners, builder, engineers and interior designer. A complex puzzle located in the Cornet Creek floodplain this project received the Town of Telluride Award of Excellence for Rehabiltation and Restoration for all three historic buildings plus the Award of Excellence for Compatible Addition for the Tavern building.

The project was started while the Architect was with another firm but was completed by Smart Living Designs, LLC.
